Apple salad


## Ingredients:

- 3 Honeycrisp apples, cored and diced

- 1 cup celery, chopped

- 1 cup grapes, halved (red or green)

- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste


### Instructions:


1. Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.


2. Combine the Salad Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the diced Honeycrisp apples, chopped celery, halved grapes, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries.


3. Add the Dressing: Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine, ensuring all ingredients are well coated.


4. Chill and Serve: Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
