Ham and Scalloped Potato Casserole

Ham and Scalloped Potato Casserole

1lb frozen shredded hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2Tbs Butter
16oz Sour Cream
2 c Cooked Cubed Ham
1/2t Pepper
1/3 C Chopped Green Onion
3 C Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Topping
2 C Cornflakes
¼ C Melted Margarine

Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Place mixture in a greased 9x13 pan.
Combine last two ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake Uncovered 1 hour at 350 Degrees or Cover tightly and Freeze. Cook Frozen Casserole 1 ½ -1 ¾ Hours loosely tented with foil.

Note: Mixing with your hands in large plastic tub or stock pot is best, cover your hands with gallon baggies or you may get frost bite!
